Terms of Service

BOT is a load intelligence and dispatch app that helps you evaluate, track, deliver, invoice, and get paid for loads. Access is provided subject to these Terms and your subscription status.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

BOT offers a 30-day free trial, followed by a paid subscription. See our Subscription Terms for pricing, billing, and cancellation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. See Subscription Terms for what happens after cancellation.

You agree not to misuse BOT, share your account, or use the service for unlawful activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

BOT is a decision-support tool. You — not BOT — remain responsible for your transportation business and for deciding whether to accept, decline, dispatch, or operate any load. BOT does not make business decisions for you.

Load details, scores, and calculations are based on the information you enter. Incomplete or inaccurate inputs affect results. You are responsible for verifying load details with your carrier or customer.

The BOT Load Score, profitability figures, miles, deadhead, fuel, and time estimates are informational decision-support tools, not guarantees of actual results. Actual costs, miles, and earnings may differ. You should rely on your own judgment and verify figures before committing to a load.

BOT uses third-party services for mapping, routes, speech-to-text, AI extraction, and payments. Their availability and accuracy are outside BOT's control, and their terms may apply.

Location features are optional and require your permission. You can stop sharing at any time. Public tracking links share only shipment status, location, and timeline — not financial data.

Smart Load Entry extracts values from photos, screenshots, PDFs, voice, or text you submit. Extracted values are estimates and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for confirming their accuracy.

You are responsible for the documents you upload and for ensuring you have the right to store and use them. Uploaded files are stored privately — no public URL, so access follows your app's permissions.

BOT is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, change, or discontinue features. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may affect availability.

BOT, the BOT Load Intelligence™ name, the BOT Load Score, and related materials are owned by BeOfficial Management Group, LLC. The BOT logo may not be altered.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data from BOT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for decisions you make based on BOT's estimates and scores.
