Privacy Policy

We collect your email address and any name you provide when you create an account. This identifies you, enables login, and lets us send account and subscription-related messages.

You may enter load offer details — rates, pickup and delivery locations, miles, fuel, tolls, fees, time, cargo, and notes — so BOT can calculate load economics and scores. This information is tied to your account and used to provide scoring, tracking, invoicing, and analytics.

You may add vehicle profiles (make, model, dimensions, MPG, mileage) so BOT can calculate fuel cost and check cargo fit. Vehicle data is associated with your account.

You may upload screenshots, photos, rate confirmations, bills of lading, delivery photos, and proof-of-delivery (POD) documents. These are stored to support Smart Load Entry, load records, and invoicing. Uploaded files are stored privately — no public URL, so access follows your app's permissions.

Smart Load Entry lets you extract load details from a photo, screenshot, PDF, voice note, or pasted text. The content you submit is processed to populate your load form. The extracted values are saved to your account only when you confirm them.

If you use voice entry, your spoken input is transcribed to text and used to populate load fields. BOT does not retain raw audio beyond what is needed to produce the transcription.

If you choose to share your location, BOT records your device latitude, longitude, and the time of the update so you and your customer can track the load. Location sharing is optional and can be stopped at any time. A public tracking link, when you create one, shares shipment status, location, and timeline only — never financial or profitability data.

You may create invoices and record payments. BOT stores invoice numbers, amounts, payment terms, and payment status to help you manage accounts receivable. BOT does not process or store your payment card details; subscription payments are handled by our payment provider.

BOT uses service providers to operate, including cloud hosting, mapping and route services (Google Maps), speech-to-text, AI extraction, and payment processing. These providers process data on BOT's behalf to deliver the service. BOT does not sell your information.

We retain your account and load data for as long as your account is active. Specific retention periods after account closure have not been formally established.

You can edit or delete your load, vehicle, and document records within the app. You can stop location sharing at any time. You can request account deletion from Settings. Deleting your account removes your data from BOT.

BOT uses reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. BOT has not obtained specific security certifications or compliance attestations.
