Subscription Terms
These terms describe BOT Load Intelligence™ pricing, billing, and cancellation. They supplement our Terms of Service.
Free Trial
Every new account includes a 30-day free trial with full access to BOT. No payment is required to start the trial. The trial begins when your account is created.
When Billing Begins
Billing begins only after your free trial ends and you choose to subscribe. If you subscribe before your trial ends, billing begins when your subscription is confirmed.
Recurring Billing
The monthly plan is billed $9.99 each month. The annual plan is billed $83.92 once per year (approximately $6.99/month equivalent, a 30% saving). Billing recurs automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After Cancellation & Trial Expiration
If your trial or subscription ends, your loads, vehicles, and BOT history remain saved in your account. You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access. We do not delete your data when a trial or subscription ends.
Refunds
A formal refund policy has not yet been established.
Price Changes
We may change pricing in the future. Any change to your then-current rate will be communicated in advance. Existing subscriptions continue at the agreed rate until renewal unless stated otherwise.
Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Base44 Payments). BOT does not store your card details.
